She Loves Tech is set to host its inaugural Oceania finals, showcasing the top 10 women-led startups in the world's largest startup competition dedicated to women and technology.

In this 10th year anniversary of She Loves Tech global competition, this event gathers Oceania's most innovative women-led startups across diverse markets and verticals, competing for a chance to shine on the global stage in Singapore. These visionary startups are reshaping the future of tech entrepreneurship and will present their groundbreaking ideas to a panel of esteemed investor judges.

MEET THE PANEL

Rhea See is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of She Loves Tech, a global platform committed to closing the funding gap for women, housing the world's largest startup competition for women & technology, currently in 70+ countries, an annual conference, and more recently a fund. As an EQUALS Partner, she co-leads the Gender Equitable Investment in Tech (GEIT) efforts for the United Nations coalition of several hundred global government, private and non-profit organisations. 

Rhea is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She has also been named among Leaders of Tomorrow in Tatler's Gen.T List and is part of the Innovation Council at Walmart. A recognized thought leader in the diversity, innovation, and entrepreneurship space, Rhea mentors startups and advises VC funds. She has spoken for the UN, governments as well as top organizations like Intel, LinkedIn, Ant Financial, Bytedance, Huawei, and more.

Mike Abbott is a Partner at Antler, co-leading its Australian operations. He began his career in equity capital markets and M&A before joining Uber as the second employee in Asia and the Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand. During his six years at Uber, he helped scale the local team from 3 to over 500, building a multi-billion-dollar business. After Uber, Mike co-founded Kaddy, a B2B marketplace, which was acquired for $34 million within three years. He has over 20 years of investment experience, including numerous angel investments, making him a valuable advisor and mentor to early-stage businesses.

Alicia Darvall is an accomplished executive director and community cultivator, leading transformation in impact-driven organisations in Australia and the USA. She is the Director of RMIT's Activator, Activator's mission is to drive social, environmental and economic progress by equipping founders, ventures and strategic partners with the entrepreneurial tools for scalable impact.

Nicole Kleid Small draws on over 15 years of diverse experience across venture capital, investment banking, and strategy consulting, Nicole Kleid Small brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Nicole is a Partner at Ecotone Partners, a climate fund management and advisory firm. Nicole is bringing a new climate focused fund to market. Prior to Ecotone, Nicole spent over a decade working with high growth technology companies. Nicole was the founder of a startup and investor Advisory business Start Small Ventures, the Investor Director at Rampersand VC and worked in the strategy team at SEEK.

As the Investments Chief of Staff at Blackbird, Alexandra Gifford supports their amazing investments team to maximise their impact and spend their time doing what they do best - investing! One of the best and most rewarding parts of her role is mentoring early stage founders through our Giants and Foundry programs, as well as championing Blackbird's work investing into more women and non-binary founders.

Saskia van Lier’s career spans 20 years as a commercial executive and lawyer, blending creativity, strategy, and commercial focus to craft growth strategies for global corporates, start and scale-ups. At VL Consulting, Saskia’s focus is on creating impactful partnerships and delivering strategic growth solutions, with a special passion for empowering female founders in the impact space. Saskia firmly believe in the power of connection and storytelling to drive commercial success. Saskia is also part of Epic Angels (the largest female-only angel investor network in Asia Pacific) as one of their angels and I sit on the Investment Committee.
