Morning Yoga

Welcome to your morning yoga session hosted by Melbourne University Sport. This session is designed to get your morning started in the right way with your body moving and your blood flowing. With beginners in mind and no experience required, the session will feature slow-paced restorative yoga incorporating holds in supported poses, for a supple body and centred, calm mind. How could you possibly start your day any better?!

Along with yoga classes in multiple styles, MU Sport offer a range of other group fitness classes and world class fitness and sporting facilities. Only a 7 minute walk away from the Melbourne Connect building, come and visit us to see what we offer or chat to our staff to find out more!
